Ingredients

Sour Cream Fudge

1 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
28 ounces white vanilla chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups sour cream
4 cups sugar
1/2 lb real butter (no margarine)

Sour Cream Fudge Directions

  1. Place marshmallow creme, vanilla chips, vanilla, and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Bring sour cream, sugar and butter to a boil and let simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Chips and nuts mixture.
  4. Stir until malted and well blended.
  5. Pour into buttered 10 x 15-inch pan.
  6. Cool and cut into squares
