Ingredients
Pumpkin Cookies
1 15 ounce can pumpkin |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 cups flour |
2 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp allspice |
1 6 ounce package chocolate chips |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) |
Pumpkin Cookies Directions
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, canola oil, applesauce together.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, chocolate chips, and walnuts and add to pumpking mixture, combining well.
- Drop onto cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake 375° for 8 - 12 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Be sure not to overbake.
- Take cookies our then they're still a bit doughy looking.
- Makes about 32 cookies.
