Ingredients

Strawberries & Creme Crepes

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 Tbs butter (or more if needed)

Filling

1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Topping

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 medium firm bananas
1/4 cup sugar, optional

Strawberries Bananas & Cream Crepes Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and eggs.
  2. Blend until all is well blended.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. In a butter-greased crepe pan, or a skillet, stir the battar, then pour into center (about 2 tablespoons,) moning tha pan to spread the batter to evenly coat the pan.
  5. Cook crepe until top is dry, and flip and cook for 10 - 20 seconds longer.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes with waxed paper in between.
  7. Beat the filling ingredients in a large bowl until smooth., spreading down the center of each crepe, rolling up after done
  8.  Combine the remaining topping ingredients in a bowl and spoong over crepes when ready to serve.
