Ingredients
Strawberries & Creme Crepes
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 Tbs sugar |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
1 1/2 cup milk |
2 large eggs |
1 Tbs butter (or more if needed) |
Filling
1 8 ounce package cream cheese |
1 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
Topping
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries |
2 medium firm bananas |
1/4 cup sugar, optional |
Strawberries Bananas & Cream Crepes Directions
- In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and eggs.
- Blend until all is well blended.
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- In a butter-greased crepe pan, or a skillet, stir the battar, then pour into center (about 2 tablespoons,) moning tha pan to spread the batter to evenly coat the pan.
- Cook crepe until top is dry, and flip and cook for 10 - 20 seconds longer.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes with waxed paper in between.
- Beat the filling ingredients in a large bowl until smooth., spreading down the center of each crepe, rolling up after done
- Combine the remaining topping ingredients in a bowl and spoong over crepes when ready to serve.
