Ingredients
Drunken Spicy Shrimp
2 12 ounce cans domestic beer |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
2 Tbs Old Bay seasoning |
2 pounds shrimp, in the shell |
2 Tbs garlic, minced |
2 Tbs Creole seasoning |

2 cups Dinosaur BBQ sauce |
1 cup prepared horseradish |
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce |
1/2 Tbs lime |
1/2 Tbs lemon |
2 tsp Tabasco sauce |
Spicy Shrimp Directions
- Pour , beer, vinegar and water into a deep pan.
- Add the old bay seasoning, replace the lid and cook on high. until water come to a rolling boil.
- Add shrimp and replace the cover, cooking for 2 minutes or until shrim turns just opaque and pink.
- Drain the shrimp in a colander and cover with ice to stop them from cooking further.
- Place ina a bowl and add garlic and creaole seasoning.
- Serve with the coctail sauce.
