Ingredients

Drunken Spicy Shrimp

2 12 ounce cans domestic beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
2 pounds shrimp, in the shell
2 Tbs garlic, minced
2 Tbs Creole seasoning
Brazen Cocktail Sauce

Brazen Cocktail Sauce

2 cups Dinosaur BBQ sauce
1 cup prepared horseradish
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tbs lime
1/2 Tbs lemon
2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Spicy Shrimp Directions

  1. Pour , beer, vinegar and water into a deep pan.
  2. Add the old bay seasoning, replace the lid and cook on high. until water come to a rolling boil.
  3. Add shrimp and replace the cover, cooking for 2 minutes or until shrim turns just opaque and pink.
  4. Drain the shrimp in a colander and cover with ice to stop them from cooking further.
  5. Place ina a bowl and add garlic and creaole seasoning.
  6. Serve with the coctail sauce.
