Ingredients

Pasta Salad

1 pound medium shell pasta
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbs Creole mustard
2 Tbs ketchup
1 Tbs horseradish
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Creole/Cajun seasoning
2 stalks celery
3 stalks green onions, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 pound small shrimp, cooked

Shrimp Remoulade Pasta Salad Directions

  1. In a large pot, boil pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, horseradish, Tabasco, sugar, and Creole seasoning.
  3. Drain pasta when done to al dente and rinse well with cold water, draining excess water well.
  4. Fold in pasta, celery, green onions, bell pepper, and shrimp
  5. Chill until ready to serve
