2 Tbs green onions, minced |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup dark brown sugar |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
2 Tbs hot sauce, (Cholula) |
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp lemon juice |
1 1/2 tsp cayenne |
1 1/2 tsp parsley |
1 tsp cornstarch |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1/8 tsp ground cloves |
1/8 tsp nutmeg |
1/8 tsp allspice |
1/8 tsp sage |
1/8 tsp thyme |
Caribbean Jerk Sauce Directions
- in a saucepan, melt butter, add green onions, sauteing
- Add the rest of the ingredients, blending well with a whisk.
- Bring to a boil
- Simmer for 45 minto to let ingredients blend.
