Ingredients

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
10 cup zucchini, unpeeled, chopped
2 cups chicken broth (can use bullion)
1 10.75 ounce can Cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery or cream of mushroom)
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 dash pepper (to taste)

Zucchini Bisque Directions

  1. Simmer ingredients until tender. Land in blender and add 1 cup of half and half or canned milk. Serve hot or cold
