Tarragon Chicken Salad
2 cups chicken meat, cooked |
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped finely |
1 stalk celery |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tsp dried tarragon (up to 2 if needed) |
Salt and Pepper to taste |
Tarragon Chicken Salad Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Serve with lettuce for a simple salad, in a tomato that had been cut open for a stuffed tomato, or with slices fo bread for a chicken salad sandwich.
