1/4 cup flour |
1 17 ounce can Whole peeled apricots, reserve syrup |
1 16 ounce can peaches, drained |
2 1 1/4 lb center cut ham, 1/4 inch slices |
1/2 cup seedless, green grapes |
1/4 cup maraschino cherries |
Ham Steak Special Directions
- Conventional oven: preheat oven to 350°. Place large size (14"x20") cooking bag in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine flour and small amount of apricot syrup into a paste.
- Add remaining syrup, mixing until smooth. Place ham slices on top of each other in bag. Spoon on apricot sauce and fruit closing bag with nylon tie.
- Makes six half inch slits in top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until meat their mom letter reads 140°. Makes 8 to 12 servings
- Microwave Oven: follow above instructions. Microcode 15 to 17 minutes turning dish periodically or until Mike Boyd to monitor reads 130°. Let stand 10 minutes or until microwave to monitor reads 140 degrees.
