Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese Fudge

1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 pound)
1 cup butter softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 cup pecans, chopped

Cheese Fudge Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over sides
  2. In a large bowl, combine the room temerature cheddar, butter and cream cheeses until it is well combined.
  3. Add the cocoa and mix until it is well blended.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Spread the fudge in the prepared pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  7. Lift the fudge from the pan using the plastic wrap.
  8. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  9. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container
