Cheddar Cheese Fudge
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 pound) |
1 cup butter softened |
4 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
Cheese Fudge Directions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over sides
- In a large bowl, combine the room temerature cheddar, butter and cream cheeses until it is well combined.
- Add the cocoa and mix until it is well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread the fudge in the prepared pan.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the plastic wrap.
- Cut into 1-inch squares.
- Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container
