Ingredients

Moose Balls

2 lbs ground moose (any meat is ok if you don't have any moose)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 cup panko
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 large eggs
3 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onion, chopped

Dipping sauce

2/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger

Moose rings

1 lb ground moose (or any ground meat on hand)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Garlic Mayonnaise

1 bulb garlic, roasted
1 cup mayonnaise

Moose Meatballs & Stuffed Onion Rings Directions

  1. For the meatballs, Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all of the meatball ingredients and shape into 1 to 2 ounce balls.
  3. Place on a cookiesheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. For the Dipping sauce - mix all the ingredients and enjoy
  6. For the Moose rings - Cut onions into 1-inch rings and stuff with mixture.
  7. Dip in flour, egg, and panko.
  8. Fry in oil until golden brown
  9. For the Garlic Mayo to dip with - Roast 1 bulb of garlic in a 400° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. Let garlic cool.
  11. Squeese into mayonnaise and mix. 
  12. Enjoy!
