For the Bread:
1/2 cup Butter. melted |
1 cup Canned jalapenos, drained and sliced |
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 16 ounce cans Jumbo biscuits, sliced into quarters |
1 8 ounce package cream cheese |
Jalepeno Popper Monkey Bread Directions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, jalapenos, and cheddar.
Add in quartered biscuit pieces and toss to coat well.
Place half of dough into a greased Bundt pan.
Sprinkle evenly with cubed cream cheese.
Place remaining dough on top of cream cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
Turn out onto a serving platter and allow bread to cool slightly before serving warm.
Refrigerate leftovers.
