Ingredients:
4 cups chicken, cooked |
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 cups green onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup Celery, chopped |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
2/3 cup milk |
2 10.75 ounce cans cream of chicken soup |
2 8 ounce canse water chestnuts, chopped |
2 cups rice, cooked |
1 cup chow mein noodles |
Crunchy Chicken Casserole Directions
- Mix together mayo, milk, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings.
- Add chicken, cooked rice, green onions, celery and water chestnuts.
- Put into greased casserole dish 9X13l, cover and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
- Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
- After casserole is done, add Chinese noodles on top.
