Ingredients:

4 cups chicken, cooked
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 10.75 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
2 8 ounce canse water chestnuts, chopped
2 cups rice, cooked
1 cup chow mein noodles

Crunchy Chicken Casserole Directions

  1. Mix together mayo, milk, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings.
  2. Add chicken, cooked rice, green onions, celery and water chestnuts.
  3. Put into greased casserole dish 9X13l, cover and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
  4. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
  5. After casserole is done, add Chinese noodles on top.
