Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 20 ounce can peaches, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon plain gelatin
1 3 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 6 ounce can evaporated milk

Creamy Peach Pie Directions

  1.  
  2. Combine Graham cracker crumbs  and butter along with 1/4 cup sugar to make a 9 inch pie crust and chill 
  3. Drain peaches-saving syrup.. Set aside a few slices for top and dice the remainder.
  4. Soften gelatin and 1/4 cup of peach sir up then dissolve in hot water. 
  5. Remove from heat and wind and softened cheese and sugar. 
  6. Whipp chilled milk in chilled bowl, until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice whip until stiff. Beat in cheese mixture ¼ at a time. 
  7. Fold in drained, diced peaches- Put in pie crust and topped with peach slices. 
  8. Chill 3 hours
