1 9 inch pie shell |
4 large eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 Tablespoons flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2 cups pecan halves |
Southern Pecan Pie Directions
- Prepare pie shell and refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Make filling-beat eggs well
- Add the sugar, corn syrup, flower, salt and vanilla. Combine and beat well.
- Stir in butter and pecans.
- But in shell takes 60 minutes or until filling is set when gently shook.
- Cool-chill slightly before serving.
- Top with whipped cream.
