Ingredients
Ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless |
2 Tablespoons butter |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 ounces non-alcoholic sweet wine |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup Roquefort blue cheese, crumbled |
1 Tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon terragon |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
Garnish with:
1 8.25 ounce can mandarin oranges |
4 crabapples |
1 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits |
Chicken Elizabeth Directions
- Saute chicken in butter in skillet, until lightly browned. Reserve juice in pan.
Place chicken in a covered casserole. Preheat oven to 350° - Combine remaining ingredients and pan juice in blender; blend and pour over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.- Choose any of the garnishment to serve with the dish.
Serve over rice.
