Ingredients

Ingredients:

4 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 Tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3 ounces non-alcoholic sweet wine
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Roquefort blue cheese, crumbled
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon terragon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Garnish with:

1 8.25 ounce can mandarin oranges
4 crabapples
1 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits

Chicken Elizabeth Directions

  1. Saute chicken in butter in skillet, until lightly browned. Reserve juice in pan.
    Place chicken in a covered casserole. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pan juice in blender; blend and pour over chicken.

  3. Bake for 1 hour.
  4. Choose any of the garnishment to serve with the dish.

  5. Serve over rice.
