1 6 ounce can black olives, chopped |
2 pounds ground beef |
2 8 ounce can tomato sauce |
1 Tablespoon chili powder |
3/4 cup milk |
1 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1/8 teaspoon pepper (to taste) |
1 medium head iceberg lettuce, shredded |
Taco Casserole Directions
- Brown hamburger, olives and oneion. drain fat. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Put 6 tortillas in the bottom of a 9x13x2" casserole dish. Place meat sacue on top of tortillas. Place another layer of tortillas on top of meat sauce.
- Mix milk with Cream of chicken soup and pour over tortillas, then top with cheese. bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes
- serve on shredded lettuce.
