Prune Cake

1/2 cup crisco or butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cooked prunes, pitted and cut up into bite-sized pieces
2 large eggs
3 Tbs cinnamon
3 Tbs cloves
2 Tbs cocoa

Prune Cake Directions

  1. blend crisco/margarine  and brown sugar till well creamed.
  2. Add eggs till light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients
  3. Bake in a loaf or layer pan at 3:50 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minute.
