1/2 cup crisco or butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup cooked prunes, pitted and cut up into bite-sized pieces |
2 large eggs |
3 Tbs cinnamon |
3 Tbs cloves |
2 Tbs cocoa |
Prune Cake Directions
- blend crisco/margarine and brown sugar till well creamed.
- Add eggs till light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients
- Bake in a loaf or layer pan at 3:50 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minute.
