2 cups butter |
3 cups dark brown sugar |
6 large eggs |
1/2 cup molasses |
6 cup flour |
1 tsp nutmeg |
1 Tbs cinnamon |
1 Tbs cloves |

1 tsp baking soda mixed in sour milk |
1 lb rasins |
2 lbs fruit mix |
2 cups chopped nuts |
Fruit cake Directions
- Cream together butter and dark Brown sugar.
- add eggs and molasses beat weldin add flower nutmeg cinnamon cloves in Mays.
- Then add soda raisins fruit mix and chop nut. Line pan with griss Brown paper. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
