Ingredients

Salsa

4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup bermuda onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, finely chopped
1 jaleneno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/10 cup salad oil
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbs sugar

Fresh Salsa Directions

  1. combine all ingredients and serve.
  2. For better taste, let sit in refrigerator over night to let seasoning blend.
