Salsa Chicken

3 large boneless chicken breasts
3 cups salsa (adjust for your needs)

Salsa Chicken Directions

  1. Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Cover with salsa.
  3. Cook until the chicken can be easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Shred chicken into the salsa "juice."
  5. Serve over rice ot in flour tortillas.

Notes

You can add salad if served with rice, or add lettuce, cheese, and sour crem with the flour tortillas
