3 large boneless chicken breasts |
3 cups salsa (adjust for your needs) |
Salsa Chicken Directions
- Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Cover with salsa.
- Cook until the chicken can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Shred chicken into the salsa "juice."
- Serve over rice ot in flour tortillas.
Notes
You can add salad if served with rice, or add lettuce, cheese, and sour crem with the flour tortillas
