Ingredients

Tomato Basil Pasta

1 12 ounce package egg noodles or angel hair pasta
3 cups tomato, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cup fresh basil
1 1/2 lemons juiced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 dash salt and pepper to taste

Tomato Basil Pasta Directions

  1. Cook noodles or pasta; do not let it get soggy.
  2. Put the tomatoes, parsley, basil and lemon over the pasta.
  3. Add the olive oil.
  4. Cook until steaming.
  5. Serve with fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.
