Ingredients

Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

4 chicken breasts, cooked
salt & pepper to taste
1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 16 - ounce carton sour cream
40 (1 tube) Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbs poppy seed

Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole Directions

  1. Layer chicken in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish or pan.
  2. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
  3. Mix soup with sour cream and blend well.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Mix crackers and leted butter, add poppy seed.
  6. Sprinkle these crumbs on top of the chicken evenly
  7. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
