Southwest Chicken Dish
4 chicken breasts, boneless, and skinless |
1 cup shredded cheese |
1 4 ounce can chilis |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled |
1 cup sour cream |
Southwest Chicken Dish Directions
- Lay chicken ina pan and cover lightly with foil
- Cook 15 minutes
- Mix cheese and chilis.
- Cover with onion and bacon
- Bake uncovered, till chicken is cooked.
- Top with sour cream
