4 to 6 Chicken breasts |
1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
1 1.1 ounce pkg onion soup mix |
Easy Baked Chicken Directions
- Dip pieces of chicken into the undiluted mushroom soup and placed into greased casserole dish. Use all the soup.
- Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 25 minutes, uncovered at 400°
- Reduce heat to 275° and bake until tender, 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
- Serve over rice
