Ingredients

Enchiladas

3 lbs chicken breasts
2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 4 ounce cans minced green chilis
12 flour tortillas

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Directions

  1. Boil chicken until tender.
  2. Cut into pieces.
  3. Heat together soup, sour cream, onion, chilis.
  4. Top each tortilla with chicken pieces and about 2 teaspoons soup mixture.
  5. Roll up and arrage in greased baking dish
  6. Pour remaining soup mixture on top and cover with cheese
  7. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
