Enchiladas
3 lbs chicken breasts |
2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup onion, minced |
2 4 ounce cans minced green chilis |
12 flour tortillas |
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Directions
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Cut into pieces.
- Heat together soup, sour cream, onion, chilis.
- Top each tortilla with chicken pieces and about 2 teaspoons soup mixture.
- Roll up and arrage in greased baking dish
- Pour remaining soup mixture on top and cover with cheese
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
