Ingredients

Lemon Dessert

1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 lb vanilla wafers
2 lemons
1/2 quart whipping cream

Lemon Dessert Directions

  1. Mix milk and eggs; beat well.
  2. Grate lemon rind of 1 lemon and add juice of both lemons.
  3. Pack 1/2 wafers on the bottom of pan.
  4. Add milk mixture by drops of on top of crumbs.
  5. Smooth out.
  6. Add Whipped cream on top by spoonfuls.
  7. Top with remaining crumbs.
  8. Chill overnight or 3-4 hours
