Ingredients

Molten Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup butter
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

Molten Chocolate Cake Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan; mix until smooth.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs for 2 minuts until lightened in color.
  3. Stir in vanilla and then chocolate mixture.
  4. Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Spray pan(s) with cooking spray and pour mixture in.
  6. For a regular bundt pan bake at 375° for 15 minutes. (Will only fill half of the pan. You can double the recipe if you want to fill the pan. Then bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes (dempending on how gooey you want it to be.)
  7. Can also use individual bundto pans or a cupcake pan, just cut down on the baking time and consistenly check to desired gooeyness.
  8. When it's done, there should be a fairly thin crusty outside with a very soft, gooey center when done.
  9. When done, remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and berries if desired.
