Heat oven to 350°
Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13 x 9 2-inch
Mix cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and margarine; reserve
Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large mixing bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly until moistened.
Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, 2 minutes.
Pour about 2 1/3 cups butter into pan; sprinkle with about 2 cups of reserved crumb mixture.
Pour over remaining batter and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake until cake spreings backwhen touched lightly in the center., 45-50 minutes.
Cool
Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze
To Make Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and water, stir in additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until smooth and of desired consistency.
