Ingredients
Crust
1 1/2 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
Nuts
1 12 ounce can mixed nuts |
Topping
1 8 ounce package butterscotch chips |
3 Tbs butter |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
Mixed Nut Bars Directions
- Blend flour, salt, brown sugar, and butter like you would a pie crust.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350°
- Pour mixed nuts over the crust.
- Mix together butterscotch chips, butter and corn syrup.
- Pour over nuts and bake 10 more minutes at 350°.
- Cut when cool
