Slice the onion in half, top to bottom and slice into thin slices.
Trun your instapot to saute' and add the butter, garlic, and onions.
Saut;e until onions are just cooked and the garlic starts to release its flavors, about 3 minutes.
Remove from instapot and set aside.
Put the trivet in your instapot, putting the rinsed corned beef on top, fat side up
in a bowl mix the warm water with the bullion, and the apple juice concentrate untill the bullion is dissolved
Pour the water, apple juice concenrate mixture over the corned beef.
Pour the spice packet spices on top evenly, then the bay leaf and theset aside onions and garlic,
replace the lid on your instapot and set to pressure cook high for 90 minutes.
Let your pot release 15 minutes naturally
Remove the corned beef and let sit for 5 minutes to rest.
Without removing the juice the corned beef cooked in, add your sliced cabbage and cook on high for 1 minute.
Release pressure as soon as done and serve cabbage with beef.
