Ingredients
Parmesan Garlic Sauce
4 cloves garlic |
1 tsp olive oil |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 Tbs light corn syrup |
5 tsp parmesan cheese |
1 Tbs white vinegar |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 tsp dried basil |
1/4 tsp dried marjoram |
1/4 tsp dried oregano |
1/4 tsp dried thyme |
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground |
Parmesan Garlic Sauce Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Coat garlic with oil and place in an oven-safe dish
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until the cloves soften and start to turn brown.
- After letting the cloves cool, press in a garlic press or mince finely.
- Place in a bowl, and the remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Cover and chill for several hours or overnight before using
- To use; pour 1/4 cup over 12 cooked chicken wings, breaded tenders, or chicken nuggets and toss gently until coated.
- Makes 3/4 cup of sauce, enough to coat 36 wings.
