Ingredients

Parmesan Garlic Sauce

4 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs light corn syrup
5 tsp parmesan cheese
1 Tbs white vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Parmesan Garlic Sauce Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Coat garlic with oil and place in an oven-safe dish
  3. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until the cloves soften and start to turn brown.
  4. After letting the cloves cool, press in a garlic press or mince finely.
  5. Place in a bowl, and the remaining ingredients.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight before using
  8. To use; pour 1/4 cup over 12 cooked chicken wings, breaded tenders, or chicken nuggets and toss gently until coated.
  9. Makes 3/4 cup of sauce, enough to coat 36 wings.
