Ingredients

Cajun Seasoned Flour

2 cups flour
2 Tbs salt
2 Tbs celery salt
2 Tbs black pepper, freshly ground
2 Tbs dry mustard
4 Tbs paprika
2 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs onion powder
1 Tbs cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

Cajun Seasoned Flour Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, making sure to blend well.
  2. Store in a tightly covered container or jar.
  3. For a crumb coating on fish, meat or poultry, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of the seasoned flour wit 1 cup of bread crumbs.
