Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 6 ounce packarge lemon jello
1 cup water boiling
1/2 cup water, cold
1/2 cup V-8 juice
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
2 4 ounce cans medium shrimp
1 14 ounce can tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced finely
1/2 cup green pepper, diced finely
1/4 cup parsley

Tomato Aspic Directions

  1. Add jello to boiling water until jello is dissolved. Add cold water and V-8 juice and combine.
  2. stir in lemon juice, salt, green onions,  and canned shrimp chill until solid enough to add solid ingredients.
  3. add tomatoes, celery, green pepper and parsley. chill until set.
