1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 cup fruit
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Fruit Crunch Directions

  1. And this recipe, you can use anything from peaches, apples, rhubarb, two cherries. 
  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla and cook until thick. Pour over 2 cups of fruit in a baking dish. Then top with the combined flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon.
