Marinara Sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil, dired |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 Tablespoon sugar |
2 8 ounce can tomato sauce |
8 6 ounce can tomato paste |
1 10.5 ounce can golden mushroom soup |
1 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes |
1 8 ouce pkg sliced mushrooms |
1 6 ounce can olives, sliced |
1 small zucchini, chopped (optional) |
Mom's Spaghetti Directions
- Brown the ground beef with garlic, onion intil ground beef is cooked throughly and the onions are translucent. Drain the fat.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, golden mushroom soup, stewed tomatoes, sugar, oregano,basil, italian seaoning, sugar, and sliced olives.
- Let simmer for 35- 45 minutes.
- Top over your favorite pasta
