Spaghetti
1 cup minced onion |
3/4 cup green pepper, minced |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1 lb ground beef |
2 tsp salt |
1 tsp sugar |
3 1/2 cup stewed tomatoes |
8 ounce cooked spaghetti noodles, drained |
Holiday Spaghetti Directions
- Cook onions until yellow in 3 tablespoons hot drippings.
- Add pepper and mushrooms.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients: heat.
- Pour into well greased 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with grated charp cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°
