Ingredients

Spaghetti

1 cup minced onion
3/4 cup green pepper, minced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 1/2 cup stewed tomatoes
8 ounce cooked spaghetti noodles, drained

Holiday Spaghetti Directions

  1. Cook onions until yellow in 3 tablespoons hot drippings.
  2. Add pepper and mushrooms.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add remaining ingredients: heat.
  5. Pour into well greased 2-quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with grated charp cheese.
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 350°
