Ingredients

Salsa

1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 15 ounce cans tomatoes, diced
1/2 large onion
1/2 bunch cillantro
2 lg yello chiles, topped and seeded
1 clove garlic
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 dash salt
1 pinch sugar
2 tsp beef boullion granules

Salsa Directions

  1. Place onion and chiles in food processor and chop for a few seconds.
  2. Add cilantro, garlic, and green onions, chop again.
  3. Add ready cut tomatoes, chop again.
  4. Micx in crushed tomatoes, salt and sugar.
  5. Stir gently.
  6. Chill.
