Ingredients
Salsa
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes |
2 15 ounce cans tomatoes, diced |
1/2 large onion |
1/2 bunch cillantro |
2 lg yello chiles, topped and seeded |
1 clove garlic |
1 bunch green onion, chopped |
1 dash salt |
1 pinch sugar |
2 tsp beef boullion granules |
Salsa Directions
- Place onion and chiles in food processor and chop for a few seconds.
- Add cilantro, garlic, and green onions, chop again.
- Add ready cut tomatoes, chop again.
- Micx in crushed tomatoes, salt and sugar.
- Stir gently.
- Chill.
