Ingredients

3 Tbs butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup granola

Granola squares Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine and Brown sugar together well.
  2. Beaten egg.
  3. Add one half Cup butter milk; mix well.
  4. Timewaster together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; Add to cream mixture, mixing well.
  5. Folding one third Cup granola cereal.
  6. Turn into greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle batter with remaining 1/3 cup of granola.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

  10. Serve warm or cooled.
