Ingredients

Fried Rice

1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tbs salad oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 lb bacon or ham, chopped

Fried Rice Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper and celery in oil until they are almost done.
  2. Stir in cooked rice, mushrooms, soy sauce and ham or bacon.
  3. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring fequently.
  4. If you would like, you can add 3 beaten eggs, cook and sitr 2 - 3 minutes longer.
