Ingredients
Fried Rice
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 Tbs salad oil |
2 cups cooked rice |
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained |
2 Tbs soy sauce |
1/2 lb bacon or ham, chopped |
Fried Rice Directions
- In a large skillet, cook and stir onion and green pepper and celery in oil until they are almost done.
- Stir in cooked rice, mushrooms, soy sauce and ham or bacon.
- Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring fequently.
- If you would like, you can add 3 beaten eggs, cook and sitr 2 - 3 minutes longer.
