Start with making the crust by crumbling the cookies that have had the icing removed into a food processor bowl.
Blend the crumbs until you get about 2 cups of crumbs.
Put themin a bowl and mix them with the melted butter.
Press the crumbs evenly over the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
Chill while making the filling.
To make the filling, in a large mixing bowl, combine the cream, vanilla, cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioner's sugar.
Blend on low for 1 minute or until blended.
Gradually increase the speed to high.
Whip until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
Spoon the filling into the chilled pie shell.
If desired whip the cream, vanilla and sugar until stiff.
Spoon over pie
Even off the top and sprinkle with peanuts.
Put into the refrigerator and let chill until set, about 4 hours.
Serve well chilled.
