2 Tbs Shortening |
6 Tbs cocoa |
2 Tbs oil |
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted |
1 tsp vanilla |
3/4 cup non-instant powdered milk* |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
Fudge Logs Directions
- Mix ingredietns in order, mixing well with each addition.
- Knead a portion at a time until smooth.
- Break off pieces and roll into small logs.
- Wrap each piece in waxed papaer, twisting the ends.
Notes
*Instant powdered milk can be usede, but the finished product is not as smooth.
